These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TIER CARDS website (s-tier.cards) and the purchase of products from us. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

- "You" or "your" means the person accessing our website or purchasing our products
- "Deck" means a set of 50 collectible cards
- "Website" means s-tier.cards
3. Products
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product information on our website is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free. If we discover an error in the pricing of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Limited Editions
Each deck is produced in a limited, numbered run. Once sold out, that edition will not be reproduced. We reserve the right to produce new editions with different subjects or photography in the future.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
Pricing
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Area
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Free UK delivery is included in the purchase price.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
You may return unopened decks within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@s-tier.cards.
Condition
Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Opened decks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and card designs, is the property of TIER CARDS or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by law. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
10. Photography
All photographs used in TIER CARDS decks are licensed from professional photographers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the photographs is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
